Pembatalan kursus latihan dalaman (In-House Training)
Kursus latihan yang diadakan secara dalaman di premis anda, akan di invois sebelum kursus diadakan dan mesti dibayar sebelum tarikh latihan.
Sekiranya berlaku pembatalan kursus oleh pelanggan, polisi kami menyatakan bahawa sebarang kerja yang dijalankan sebelum kursus berkenaan dengan kandungan kursus akan dibilkan sepenuhnya. Tiada pembayaran balik (Refunds) akan di berikan.
Akan tetapi, pihak syarikat dibenarkan untuk memilih tarikh yang lain dengan syarat kami menerima pemberitahuan pembatalan sekurang-kurangnya 5 hari sebelum tarikh kursus. Penjadualan semula hanya sah untuk tempoh 6 bulan bermula dari tarikh pembayaran.
Pembatalan Kursus Latihan Awam (Public Training)
Bagi kursus awam yang diadakan oleh Al Barakah Training Solution Sdn Bhd, kami memerlukan bayaran penuh sekurang-kurangnya 7 hari sebelum tarikh kursus.
Sekiranya berlaku pembatalan oleh peserta, polisi kami menyatakan bahawa tiada pembayaran balik (Refunds) akan di berikan.
Akan tetapi, peserta dibenarkan untuk mengganti peserta atau penjadualan semula pendaftaran ke tarikh yang akan datang dalam tempoh 3 bulan sahaja.
Khusus untuk Kursus Pengendalian Makanan / Kursus Pengendalian Makanan
Untuk peserta yang gagal menghadirkan diri pada hari kursus, pembayaran tidak akan dipulangkan semula.
Penukaran tarikh: jika dimaklumkan kepada admin 7 hari sebelum tarikh kursus berlangsung, tiada bayaran tambahan yang akan dikenakan.
Jika peserta ingin menghadiri kursus semula untuk kali ke-2 (samada gagal menghadiri kursus atau penukaran tarikh dalam tempoh 7 hari dari tarikh kursus), pembayaran akan dikenakan sebanyak 50% dari harga asal yuran latihan.
Diskaun, Tawaran & Promosi
Semua diskaun, tawaran dan promosi yang berkaitan dengan mana-mana program latihan atau perkhidmatan kami adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan. Kami mempunyai hak mutlak untuk menamatkan sebarang promosi pada bila-bila masa dan Kami tidak berkewajipan untuk memaklumkan kepad anda bahawa sebarang promosi telah tamat.

In-house training course cancellation
Training courses held in-house at your premises, will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid for prior to the date of the training.
In the event of cancellation of the course by the client, our policy states that any work conducted prior to the course in regards to course content will be billed in full. A full refund will be provided on the actual cost of the course, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 7 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date. It takes up to 30 days for refund process.
Public Training Course Cancellation
For public courses, held at the Al Barakah Training Solution Sdn Bhd premise or online, we require full payment at least 7 days prior to the course date.
In the event of cancellation by the attendee, our policy states, a full refund will be given, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 5 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be provided up to 48 hours prior to the course date and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the course, are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be given for a “no show” on the day.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a later date, should you not be able to attend the rescheduled course a full refund will be provided.

It takes up to 30 days for refund process.
Discounts, Offers and Promotion
All discounts, offers and promotions relating to any of our training programs and services are subject to change. We retain the right to bring any promotion to an end at any time and We are under no obligation to notify You that any promotion has ended.
