Implementation of Halal Internal Audit

Pengenalan Kursus

Halal Internal Audit is a new requirement as stated in MPPHM (Domestic) 2020 and Malaysia Halal Management System (MHMS 2020) that the organization shall ensure the Internal Audit is implemented at least once a year.

This training will prepare and equip the participants with the knowledge of implementing Audit on halal aspects of the personnel being entrusted by their company or organizations in maintain halal certification from the Halal Authority thus will improve Halal & Food safety ecosystem within organization.

Halal executives and Internal Halal Committee members are encourage to attend this course as this will help them to develop a proper Halal Assurance System Manual for their working place.

As certified Halal Trainer under JAKIM’s Malaysia International Halal Academy (MIHA), he is also a qualified ISO 9000 Internal Quality Auditor and Environment Impact Assessor. His involvement in Halal industry began in 1996 when he was the Head, Quality Assurance & Hygiene, Catering services at Malaysia Airlines (MAS). During his tenure he was appointed as Management representative for HACCP, Halal and ISO 9001 Certification.
