Halal Assurance System Training is an integrated management system which is developed, implemented, and maintained to manage materials, production processes, products, human resources, and procedures in order to maintain the halal compliance and integrity. This training provides participants with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HAS as a method to overcome hazards and establish a control system to ensure halal compliance on production of halal goods and provision services.

This Industry HAS Training is an comprehensive two (2) day course that covers all aspects of the Halal Assurance System concept as it relates to product preparation, processing, transporting, distributing and retailing.

Halal executives and Internal Halal Committee members are encourage to attend this course as this will help them to develop a proper Halal Assurance System Manual for their working place.

PROFILE TENAGA PENGAJAR

The trainer of this training is a very well experienced in halal industry locally and internationally. As certified Halal Trainer under JAKIM’s Malaysia International Halal Academy (MIHA), he is also a qualified ISO 9000 Internal Quality Auditor and Environment Impact Assessor. His involvement in Halal industry began in 1996 when he was the Head, Quality Assurance & Hygiene, Catering services at Malaysia Airlines (MAS). During his tenure he was appointed as Management representative for HACCP, Halal and ISO 9001 Certification.
