Food Allergen training helps to understand the responsibilities of food handlers, including those to ensure that food packaging and menus are labelled correctly in regards to the allergens they contain, as defined by the Law and Regulations enforced
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ensures that products are produced and controlled consistently according to quality standards, meanwhile, HACCP is a risk management tool that is primarily used to manage food safety risks.
This training is open to food safety professionals, owners, and employees engaged in the food or non-food (pharmaceutical, medicine, or cosmetic) manufacturing industries, and the general public with an interest in starting a food manufacturing business.
It is a new requirement as stated in MPPHM (Domestic) 2020 that the organization shall ensure the Halal Competency training online (Latihan Kompetensi Halal) course is implemented at least once every 3 years by the Internal Halal Committee Members.
